Richard Neville
Managing Partner
Richard has over 14 years experience in digital marketing, starting out at Rare Digital, Chime and VCCP. A self confessed polymath, Richard has spent time in most disciplines, from creative to IA, from design to programming.
Now he uses that experience to work with clients on strategic planning. Admittedly, he finds it hard to keep his nose out of the rest of the stuff.
Craig Morgan
Managing Partner
Craig has worked in digital marketing in a strategic and client service capacity across pure-play online agencies as well as integrated network agencies such as LBi, Grey Interactive and Leo Burnett/Arc. Craig joined Spike from TribalDDB where he was Client Services Director, overseeing budgets in excess of £10m. Craig plays an active role in the digital community regularly talking at industry events on behalf of Spike, the IAB, or the IPA digital creative group (Vice Chairman 2007-2008.)
Ben Clapp
Creative Director
Ben joined Spike with a mandate to turn Spike's creative output into a world-class offering. Formerly executive creative director of TribalDD, he is a firm believer in the business sense of strong creative. Ben has picked up trophies at all the major awards including a Gold Cyber-Lion at Cannes and an industry leading 4 IPA effectiveness awards. He sits on panels and juries helping to shape advertising and digital marketing: IAB and Campaign, the One Show and D&AD.
Mark Leversedge
CEO
Mark is an extremely experienced marketer with a rich understanding of how to get the best results out of all marketing skillsets. The founding partner of Elvis, Mark has almost 20 years DM experience, working at agencies including Wunderman, BBH Integrated and Claydon Healey, where he became MD at the age of 30.
John Owen
Non-exec Chairman
John is our chairman and a leading figure in the digital marketplace. In his day job he is a partner at Dare, the leading digital marketing agency. John's early career was in journalism, latterly as the news editor of Campaign. Subsequently, he became director of Starcom IP, which grew into a top ten online media agency. He is currently responsible for planning at Dare and is one of the most respected figures in the industry and a fellow of the IPA.
